Terms and Conditions

Plastics are tricky to work with and there can be unforeseen variables and while I always try to make things stonger than they were previously problems can happen especially when dealing with water, time and pressure.

Fortunately the overwhleming majority of my repairs are successful but for the ones that aren't my policy is:

1. If you encounter a problem with a repair please contact me. Photos always help me understand what has happened and remember the job.

2. There are cases in which ACT Plastic Repairs des not offer a refund including, when working with Nylon (PA), Polycarbonate (PC), (POM) or if Glass fiber (GF) is present in the parent plastic.
It is up to the clients discretion whether to attempt the repair or not and ACT Plastic Repairs shall not be liable under any circumstances.

3. In most cases I will attempt to make a second attempt/visit to correct the problem, this is included in the initial price.

4. If determined to be unrepairable, I will issue a partial refund; the cost of the repair, not the callout fee.
